Identify the exact previous purchase
Send the SKU, colour, earlier order reference and a link or photograph that identifies the supplied item. Mention any detail that is essential to match, such as the strap, lining or closure. A message asking for the same bag can be ambiguous when similar styles have appeared in the collection or several colours were ordered previously.
Check current availability by colour
Request the current available quantity for each colour you need. Do not rely on the quantity printed in the original supplier photo or the fact that a page remains online. Ask whether partial fulfilment is acceptable before agreeing to a smaller balance. A repeat enquiry does not automatically reserve remaining goods while other details are being discussed.
Verify that the item still matches
Confirm the actual dimensions, included accessories, material description and existing markings when a close match matters. Ask whether the goods come from the same remaining stock or another supply. Similar colour names and product photographs are not enough to establish an identical shade or finish. Request fresh evidence for any detail important to your customer promise.
Review price and delivery again
Ask for the current goods price, available quantity, packing and shipping to your destination. An earlier quotation may no longer apply to a different order mix or date. Keep confirmed items and proposed alternatives separate. If the original style is unavailable, evaluate another product on its own merits rather than assuming it is an interchangeable replacement.
