How to Order Ready-Stock Handbags from 1 Piece
Choose a stock handbag, confirm color and quantity, and request shipping to your country. A practical small-order guide from SHIREBAG.

You do not need a custom production order to buy finished handbags from SHIREBAG. Our ready-stock collection accepts requests from 1 piece, subject to the selected style and color still being available. These are existing bags, not made-to-order designs. This guide explains what to send and what to confirm before paying.

Start with a product reference, not only a screenshot
Open the stock product page and note its SKU. A bag may appear in several colors on the supplier sheet, so include both the SKU and your preferred color. For example, DK066 identifies the product reference; it does not by itself reserve a particular color or quantity. A link to the product page is more useful than a cropped image with no reference number.
Choose the quantity you actually need
A request for 1 piece is welcome. If you want several styles, list each SKU, color and quantity separately. Tell us whether another color would be acceptable if your first choice has sold out. Do not assume that every color in a photo is still available or that the quantity printed on an older supplier sheet is the current balance.
Include your delivery country and postal code
Product cost alone is not the delivered cost. Send the destination country and postal code with your request so the available shipping options can be checked. Before payment, ask for the goods total, packing details, freight charge and the delivery estimate for the quoted method. Any taxes, duties or local charges should be clarified in the quotation rather than assumed to be included.
Confirm the actual item before payment
Ask for confirmation of the available color, dimensions, material description and visible condition. Review the full original supplier image, not just the collection thumbnail. If a closure, strap, lining or marking matters to your purchase, ask about that detail explicitly. A polished product image is not a substitute for confirming the item that will be supplied.
Keep stock and customization separate
Ready-stock bags are sold as existing finished products. They cannot be changed to a new color, material, logo or design under the stock offer. If you need private-label development, send a separate custom manufacturing inquiry. Its sample work, minimum quantity, pricing and lead time must be confirmed for the project; the stock one-piece rule does not apply.
Send the request and wait for confirmation
Submit the stock inquiry form on the website to request availability and a shipping quote from SHIREBAG. A success message means your inquiry has been accepted for email delivery; it does not confirm that our team has read it. If submission fails, or you prefer email or WhatsApp, open the prepared draft, review it and send it in that app. Opening a draft does not send it. Neither method reserves stock, takes payment or confirms an order. Wait for written confirmation of the items, quantities, total price, shipping and payment arrangements before paying.
